Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to justify the decision.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

For the withdrawal to be accepted, the product must:

  • Not have been opened.
  • Retain its original, unopened packaging entirely, including seals, films, plastics, or any protective elements.
  • Show no signs of use, handling, or deterioration.
  • Be returned with all its original components.

The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any use exceeding this verification may result in a depreciation of the product’s value.

Should the product be returned with broken, tampered with, or incomplete packaging, with any of its original components or accessories missing, or show signs of use or damage, the company reserves the right to reject the withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.

The company may document the condition of the received product (e.g., with photos or video) as an internal protective measure.

Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate it in writing within the established period to hola@profanus.es, indicating the order number and their contact details (it must be the same customer who made the initial purchase).

Once the return is authorized, the product must be sent to the address indicated by the company.

Return Costs

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund

Once the product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

Only the amount of the returned products will be refunded, not shipping costs or other expenses associated with the purchase.

The company reserves the right to verify the condition of the received product before proceeding with the refund.

Exchanges are only accepted as part of the legal withdrawal process. See requirements in the previous section.
