Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

For the withdrawal to be accepted, the product must:

• Not have been opened.

• Retain its original packaging intact and unopened, including seals, films, plastic wrapping, or any protective elements.

• Show no signs of use, handling, or deterioration.

• Be returned with all its original components.

The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any use beyond what is necessary for this purpose may result in a reduction in the product’s value.

If the product is returned with broken, tampered with, or incomplete packaging, if any of its original components or accessories are missing, or if it shows signs of use or damage, the company reserves the right to reject the withdrawal request in accordance with applicable regulations.

The company may document the condition of the returned product (for example, through photographs or videos) as an internal protection measure.

Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the company in writing within the established period by emailing hola@profanus.es, providing the order number and contact details. The request must be submitted by the same customer who originally made the purchase.

Once the return has been authorised, the product must be sent to the address provided by the company.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

Only the cost of the returned products will be refunded. Shipping costs and any other expenses associated with the purchase will not be reimbursed.

The company reserves the right to verify the condition of the returned product before processing the refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted as part of the statutory withdrawal process. Please refer to the requirements set out in the previous section.
