The Profanus Tarot is the first completely Catalan tarot.
It was born from several years of historical research, which resulted in a magical and recreational tool.
This deck is organized around a symbolic system built from local mythology.
It was not a matter of forcing equivalences, but of discovering natural correspondences—stories that shared the essence and intrinsic archetype of each card.
Thus, each arcana represents a Catalan legend, historically researched and reinterpreted from a contemporary perspective.
