ITS ORIGIN
Immerse yourself in Catalan mythology: add color to the original illustrations of the Tarot Profanus
The Tarot Profanus Coloring Book is much more than a coloring book: it is an immersive journey through the symbolism, folklore, and medieval mythology of Catalonia. This deluxe edition brings together the line drawings of the 43 cards of the Tarot Profanus: the 22 major arcana, the 4 aces, and the 16 court figures (four figures for each suit), in addition to the iconic All-Seeing Eye design that decorates the back of the cards.
Created to the exact size of the original hand-drawn illustrations by Leandro García Pimentel, these plates constitute an authentic facsimile of the artist's work. Printed on thick, high-quality paper suitable for colored pencils, ink, or watercolor, each page invites you to bring your own color palette to life while connecting with ancient Catalan legends and tarot archetypes.
Coloring these cards becomes a contemplative practice inspired by the tradition of Western hermeticism, where symbols, images, and archetypes are tools for reflection and inner knowledge. Through color, each plate invites you to establish a deeper relationship with its symbolic language and the imagery of the Tarot Profanus.
Thanks to its practical spiral binding, the pages can open completely to facilitate work and can be easily detached once finished, so you can frame your illustrations, incorporate them into your altar, or gift them as unique pieces.

Behind the scenes
Who are we?
Eugènia and Leandro are us, two Argentinians who share not only Profānus, but also seventeen years of life together, and those still to come.
A historian and an artist who emigrated to Barcelona in 2025 seeking to understand our origins a little better. For this reason, we investigated the legends and myths of the Catalan territories, becoming captivated by their stories.
Our dream is for everyone to fall in love with Catalonia just as we have.
