In a lost era, when castles dominated the valleys and forests spoke with voices of wind, there lived in the heart of the mountains a noble of burning blood and turbulent soul: Comte Arnau. He was a powerful feudal lord, young, brave, and handsome, yet as sovereign as the ancient titans and as fierce as winter wolves.

Lord of castles and domains in deep Catalonia, he was cruel and proud; in his obsession to dominate, he ended up bound by the chains he himself had forged. The Count’s heart knew neither law nor morality. Until one day, without warning, he died.

Condemned, he wanders the eternal paths without ever stopping. His footsteps echo like drums revealing the battle. His cloak is made of smoke, his face, shadow. He rides an immense black horse with eyes of fire, followed by a pack of hellhounds.

The rigidity of his authority still weighs upon Arcana 4 of the Tarot Profanus.
